The Supreme Court's Cowardice of the Supreme Court
There was mass panic and there was popular support for internment of Japanese Americans in the US. On the other hand, there were people at the time who knew that it was bad racist policy. So I think accounts like this of the contemporaneous objections to these policies really just underscore the cowardice of the Supreme Court here.
