i think processing our feelings is an incredibly important function and skill that many of us are not taught. I write all the things i'm thinking no matter how wild, no matter how crazy or stressed they may be. And then i'll usually go back after some time and starte to read through ita reflect on it,. which parts of those things must need to sit and pass. Just because you have a feeling doesn't mean it's true. Adversity and crisis is always going to happen. It can be unpredictable. But our responses to it really defined are the quality our lives. To find how we show up defines our values.
