The Importance of Coaching in the Workplace

Many coaches may not have formal experience and how to work with groups or teams because a lot of their coach training probably focuses on one-on-one coaching. And so that's sort of part of the influence that led me to launching this podcast and getting into this topic a bit deeper. I just found myself trying to support coaches who needed more tools and techniques and just support in working with groups and teams.
