Melissa: As a person, just like my orientation in the world is I'm always really, really excited to learn. For me, what has really influenced my design career has not only been learning everything that I can but also looking into all kinds of other more established fields such as psychology and behavioral economics. "I've found that you can kind of just go out and find a lot of truffles or a lot of gems in neighboring fields," she says.
