When I got to e london, it was a very er calle down and dusty department store. It had just been unloved, and no one had really injected any creativity into the department store sector. And we decided that the way to change selfwiges, was not iteratively, but in in a kind of radical way. So we tore up the traditional department store model by creating an experience where you'd immerse yourself in the brand rather than the product.
