Lambda Cold Start is an interactive website that invites you to reload and then see in real time how fast it would take for ten Cold Start applications. In the Rust case, let's say instantaneous or unable to be perceived less than 50 milliseconds, it's kind of the limit of human perception. And comparing that to seconds for the Java case means that there is a very significant difference in terms of the user experience for this service.
