Is It a Good Idea to Modify Your Training?

A lot of it's just going to come down to how large the deficit or surplus. I'm not aware of any study where they say like, ok, we're going to put two groups of people in a controlled galory deficit. That would be an ideal study. But i think for the most part, unless you're taking a pretty extreme approach, your best bet is to be reactive rather than pro active. Once you start training, you will figure that out. It may have a modest impact, may have a fairly large impact. For some people, a reasonably high volumes really trash them. And on the flip side, some people, you know, you get much above 85 %
