How Breathing Can Help With Digestion?
Breathing is really closely linked to digestion because your diaphragm separates your heart and lungs from the upper digestive organs. Pratiloma breathing that 10, 20, 30 breaths one or two times a day with a breath hole is so good for digestion. We want to be in our parasympathetic nervous system while we eat. So not so stressed out. Yeah, we want to be calm. Just one slow deep breath before a meal, just sit down, smell your food, take a breather.
