The Campus Sexual Assault Problem

If you dumb down the definition of what constitutes an assault enough, i may wand you're driving up the perceived risk. Yesw, that's, that's what makes this look like a moral panic rather than a set of legitimate ethical and political concerns. But then how do you even have the conversation without using a phrase like real sexual assault? So we just, we skip the whole thing, and we don't even solve this problem of, you talk about ind so ou now the not talking about it makes it almost, you know, impossible for anybody who tries.
