The Indictment of Arthur Rathburn
Arthur Rathburn and his ex-wife Elizabeth allegedly bought diseased bodies infected with the HIV, hepatitis and sepsis because they were cheaper. They resold or rented them for a considerable profit to unwitting doctors and dentists for research and training. Arthur Rathburn was convicted on seven counts of fraud and shipping hazardous materials. He showed no remorse at his sentencing hearing in 2018.
