For years, we've been focused on is there a stenosis or not? If there's a stenosis, we'll throw a stent in. We look for stenosis, but we don't actually measure their actual disease and what type it is. So with our paradigm of heart care, we want to do the same thing. Let's use advanced imaging to make a diagnosis. Once we determine that they have plaque, let's figure out how much and what type of plaque they have,. Then let's prescribe therapy based on what type and how much plaque they have. And then let's follow them over time to see if that therapy is successful or not.
