When I was at Hot Shop previously, we had a little bit of an issue that we had with churning retention. We were starting now to cross the chasm going a little bit more towards mainstream. It took quite a while, but once we did that, like that again was like a step change in the business. You could really start to see the impact on retention and on the business itself. But eventually you do have to go back to horizontal.
