Is There a Role of an Executive Coach?

I think in india we really underestimate the importance of these things. I think our founders are not yet fully internal how much, how much coaches can help. It compliments a founder with a piecetime kind of a persona which is great for the organization. But i also believe that the court should not be just a giani cot on both right. Should not bea somebody giving advice. There should be some accountability. And i would love to see coaches who actually come on the boards of compens like hill campbell.
