i think there isn't a really important switch you have to throw. You have to throw the switch that says, i'm not a manager right now. I'm a coach. Because when you're the person that has the experts, you could just do it yourself faster. And i would say, early in my career, i did too much of that. It's still challenging. Like, is there a tactical way to go about this? No micro managing here.
