A Sense of Grounding
I don't feel like its something that we dialogue about enough. Like, in school, nobody taught me about this kind of thing. And it would be so helpful for new practitioners coming out. If your constitution is earth, the sense of groundedness will resinate with you. You know, if your constitution is wood, the centre of a big, old growth tree will resinates with you. For some people, that's grounded ness. I guess you could say its one expression of groundedness. But i often will nod my dlike, yes, of coarse groundedness.
