Polpat's New World Order
In Cambodia, Polpat summons the leaders of anchor. If we wish to defend the fruits of the revolution, there must be no let up. In a society without money, denunciation becomes a currency. People aren't even allowed to prepare their own meager meals anymore. Illicit affairs become punishable by death. Foraging is banned, so too are fishing and hunting. Even picking up a piece of fruit from the floor can result in a beating. The state makes entirely unsuitable matches. Old men are routinely partnered with young women. Women's hair is to be cut short. Familiar love is selfish and sentimental. Paul tells party leadership that mothers should not get too attached to their offspring.
