The Separation of Entity Relationships and Spec Sort of Attributes

The way that we were representing this at the time was just to use a map and we kind of update in place the map that would correspond to any particular entity. So by moving to the graph representation, it allowed us to not throw data away. The idea of separating just like the NTB and those relationships from what gets generated by spec or what gets returned from inserting the data is based on atomic and onyx.
