How to Avoid Getting Sick
I get the man flu which basically means a man's exaggerated response to getting sick. So I think the idea is if a woman gets a cold it's like oh I don't feel great but it's okay whatever. And then sometimes if a man gets a cold he will be like oh I feel horrible and they really exaggerate the symptoms. In terms of avoiding getting sick I do try to do a lot to avoid catching a cold, such as working on your immune system by eating lots of vitamins and vegetables. Of course staying really hydrated is important. If you're in a crowded area maybe breathing through your nose is going to help you a tiny bit more compared to using your mouth.
