Doing Butterfly Poses in the Morning

We're going to do seated butterfly pos so find a comfortable seat if you want to find some carpet or a pillow to sit on, that's fine. Bring your head back to center, back to neutral, and just give it a little wiggle side to side. You'll feel that stretch down the right side of your neck. Just relax here. As you rest in this pose, your hips will up slowly, bit by bit - there's no need to force anything early on.
