'Selection Helped Selecter'
Rule breaking helped selecter in a unit, he says. The patrols that thought about which rules thay could break and how to break them did the best. You can't write a rule of prodoco for every situation - so you need people who are prepared to take responsibility and break rules if necessary. It's an interesting question: How do you create a training system for that one per cent? Or just holak it away from me or come out with my own way?
