Are We Using Historical Data to Predict the Future of the Democratic Party?

People have not evolved. One iota, since everything that we consider in history happened. The only things that keep us in check are institutions. But I think it would be foolish to say that because we can't completely predict an election within three points of the outcome, that using the data that we have today is useless.
