I don't want you to get in there and be a terrible fit for the organization. That's not good for the organization, but I also want you to have every single advantage that you possibly can't. So what that means is how do I get those things? Well, as it turns out, I like you if I feel like I am like you in one way or another. The familiarity that those three areas create for someone feels like they're taking less risk than something they consider to be unknown.
