The Baptism of John the Baptist

minie: We don't recognize how wonderful and rich and glorious it is when we prove text. Another question comes to mind that i think has troubled minie, and it has to do with how we should view the baptism that john the baptist administered. I think some are tempted to see it as distinct from christian baptism. It's simply giving us reference to the fact that that was as far as his knowledge had gone.
