The Arson of an Apartment Complex

The two men behind this fire were arrested five days afterward due to the fact that the police managed to get a hold of probably the CCTV footage. The reason for the arson was apparently about a dispute between the tenant and the one guy. Unbeknownst to them, they actually burnt the entire apartment complex and thus creating more damage when they got arrested.
