Food Addiction
Food is physiologically addictive. People's brains become addicted to the hyper palatable foods that we have in our current food environment, exactly through the same narrow pathways that are addicting them to cocaine, heroine, alcohol and all the rest. When you eat a doughnut, it floods the nucleus ocumbins with too much dopomine - just like if you snort at a lion of cocaine. And what that leaves the person in is a state of disease, discomfort, itchiness, a bleakness, until they get their next fix. So i would love to hear your viewpoints on this. I know there are people who are still thinking food isn't a real thing, literally
