How to Practice More Casual Conversations in Japanese

You already know the person, you know, before you start speaking with them in Japanese. I can't remember how things went with like internal like tofu good language exchanges. It's easier just to just safer at least to start polite and move to more casual as you get known. They might even give you a permission. Or you could even ask and say like, I really want to practice more casual, more natural conversations.
