Keith Whittington: I don't think I even fully appreciated how significant of a problem it was. We have lots of academics who listen to this podcast, lots of college students. And so it can be hard to get other people to appreciate why they ought to care and why it matters. Even if it was not an immediate threat to my life...it was certainly a concern for lots of university faculty across the country.
