Do You Love Stretches?

You can still enjoy your training. You don't have to go back to doing two to three hour workouts per day. Just do basic stretches that, you know, the program had me do to help tremendously. A little bit of stretching goes a long way. And even if it doesn't reduce the risk of acute injury, which it may not in some people, it can still reduce therisk of repetitive stress injuries.
