The most important thing for people to have in their food system is byin, like, emotional biin. We get consumers emotionally bought in to the production practice and then the consumer so feels, has the feeling of being the producer. They have ownership of being part of the production. It's a very strong means of getting people involved, even city people, to be involved in your operation.
