We do see that older adults are slightly better at this than younger adults. And it's not just that they are more motivated. It seems like they both are better at thinking about meaningful topics, but also concentrating on the thoughts that they are having. I remember one time somebody described it as like a psychological leash. Like I may go outside for, you know, 30 minutes an hour and not have my phone with me. Think about how small 22 minutes is.
