The serenity prayer is maybe the wisest thing I have ever heard because it covers that there's work to be done here. And of course, then that wisdom is the precious gold to tell the difference. But I can be on either of those extremes. I have an ability to be like, eff it, right? Yeah, that's not spiritual development. That's not a healthy pattern. So that means I've got to engage in the the desire to change and let go.
