Osmosis is I think by far the most effective way to learn if there's anything that I've come away from these three years. The only way to like learn how really great people work is to like work very closely with him with them and Keith in particular now that he's an investment partner it means basically being with him all day investing but back in the day when he was an operator he had a you know direct reports that work with him. There are some different types of roles for CFOs or COOs or just general kinds of positions, so we'll see how it plays out in the long term I'm a huge fan of this type of candidate and so
