The Cost of Advocacy
Advocacy costs about half what it was in 2014. Maybe it costs less to advocate remotely. Is this section the one that involves defending the bands and out of use or just trying to get more people into ham radio? It sounds like it's pretty clearly defined. Advocacy is, they are talking about just monitoring. Yeah, literally their declaration is that their job is not to advocate on behalf of hands so much is just to keep them informed.
