And that scope of national security in that context has largely been defined by lists of specific commodities or technology maintained by the U.S., its multilateral regime partners. National Security Advisor Solomon said we need to think more broadly about the force multiplying technologies of which advanced compute quantum AI applications were the number one thing he listed.
