Constitutionally, they don't actually have the power to get rid of a prime minister. Unless they are willing to back the opposition parties in a vote of confidence - which labore hav said that they're willing to do. But if you do that, and you turf the prime minister out, you bring down the government and you cause a general election. Would a conservative m p even one who really doesn't like boris johnson want to do that? I kind of think in the end, probably even those who really don't like him could put a peg on thei nose and think, well, let's put up with him for a few weeks, or maximum a couple
