How the Komodo Team Navigated Multiple Rounds of Layoffs
The Komodo team started researching inequities in the healthcare system through the pandemic across different disease areas. They also talked about it as almost a moral obligation to spotlight how the pandemic was impacting, you know, underrepresented groups impacted or accelerating disparities in care delivery. It was kind of a grassroots effort, but so many of our dragons started like as an example, we have a black dragons affinity group.
