Anybody who says that Wolf does not write complicated characters is not paying enough attention. So each time he's spouted a philosophy on this read, I've looked at it really quickly and come up with, what is he talking about? He's so volatiable all the time, right? It might be resolved at the end of the chapter. But in that one sentence, Wolf just established a space-faring path that is no more.
