Group Acts and Retention

Group exercise instructors are often your least paid and most contractor based agreements or type employment within the industry. They kind of come in and come out because they might be teaching multiple classes at different venues. So if you can give them some upskilling, some team bonding, a growth factor, and the payment can come into that later. The one that we help with is learning in development. And I'd love to see more of that introduced in boutique gyms.
