The Uprising in New York Prison

In two thousand a 11, corrections officers brutally beat an inmate at attica prison. This led to charges of assault against the corrections officers. The officers ended up pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of misconduct in er to avoid prison time. So basically, the prison system goes back to their old ways. That's so much worse than i thought it was. And that is the story of the attica prison uprising.
