Soh: Most of strategy is choosing what not to do. How do you keep yourself open to new ideas as you're looking for new businesses, but not go down the wrong rabbit holes? Soh: We have a on our team of funnel that we work through and criteria that businesses have to hit up margins and profitability. And by time we get a business into the we're going to visit the business phase, we've got a pretty high confidence level that it's a business we'd like to invest in.
