i don't love the idea that california is going to prescribe to a small town exactly how many housing units need to be here. Theroate like san francisco could be 20 small enclaves. There's tons of demand there. Anybody will buy any property. Like any town home you put up there will be snatched up in a second. And it's the very same phenomenon tha the restrictive zoning covenants that you see san francisco exist atherton to it, just they happened to be small by design.
