Google's Pixel 6 has a 60 Hertz display. Some users have been able to unlock the screen by turning it up to 160 Hertz. This is not recommended for anyone who doesn't know what they're doing. Google will launch its next-generation phones on November 8.
This week Marques and Andrew talk about a Tesla swimming pool that popped up near a few Superchargers, the new Polestar EV set to come out in 2026, and Apple adding some ads into a few of its apps. Then they did into the main topic of the week: the new Android 13 update. They explain why it's a fairly minor update that you should still update to as soon as you can. This is a pretty classic Waveform episode!
