We're looking in the contect of a long war. Neither russia nor ukraine are likely to achieve any decisive military action in ukraine this year. And it's unrealistic to expect ukrane to quickly achieve major gains in the south. Russia is clearly worried about that, and has re deployed some of the forces it has in the dom as - which has been its focus until now.
