The Value of Collaboration in Figma

Dylan: I hope that this experience pushes people towards working more in the open because they see the value of this open iteration. They see the innovative value in being able to tap into other people's minds and sending something and asking for feedback, but listening to feedback through allowing other people to create with the right people can definitely feel magical. And so that because this is tied to kind of like the core aspect of creativity in a mind, you can't really argue with this. We're trying to build an open and inclusive design process where people can safe of sharing ideas and do things together.
