The suspect in the Idaho murder case of four college students appeared in court on Thursday while in court, the suspect waved the right to a speedy trial. The surviving roommate claims she saw the alleged killer leaving the residence where the murder occurred but police weren't called until eight hours later. A document revealed that one of the surviving roommates was woken up around 4 a.m. by what she thought was one of her roommates playing with her dog upstairs.
