Is Failure Scarring or Disfiguring?

I just love the Olympics and right around the Olympics I had the privilege of spending time with Scott Hamilton who won the gold medal and figure skating back in 1984. Scott has a perspective on failure and coming up against challenges in your life that I think everyone needs to hear. Failure is 100% information only information if we can break it down to information instead of this horrible toxic scarring disfiguring entity that we have to carry around with us for the rest of our life. And what's really interesting about this school is that Jenny was very uncomfortable taking on those new responsibilities and that's something that we all have to do We have to work through those anxieties and step up to that next role
