We spend so much time thinking about what we're going to be doing five minutes from now, that we're never actually in that part of the five minutes that we were thinking about. There ias actually a really cool quote from allan watts that i found when i was researching this. I honestly don't remember where i put it. Oh, here it is, meditation is the discovery that the point of life is always arrived at in the immediate moment.
