The Dust Bowl of the Russian Army

Last summer in London was so hot, you just made more sense to close all the windows and blinds. It's like trying to cool yourself off of the hairdryer. There was also the fun fact that hundreds of thousands of men were marching through a dry country side in the middle of August. The Russian military had been struggling through what was effectively a man-made dust bowl.
