How to Use Your Voice as a Negotiator

The voice is a very powerful tool in any communication that you do with people. Most people don't consciously think about their voice and how they're using the voice. Chris says there's really only three tones you should ever use as a negotiator. One is a positive and playful voice. The second is the late night FM DJ voice. And the third, which should be very, very, very rarely used is something direct and assertive. Anything other than that will probably trigger off some fear in people's brains or pop up red flags.
