Sydney, a 35-year-old was caught on camera last year, fined $378 because the policeman thought he was texting and driving. But apparently, he was trying to open a little snack while he was driving. You can only be found guilty of driving while holding a mobile phone if it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt that you were actually holding a phone. It gets you out of a court case, apparently.
